We currently accept PayPal for international orders.
Shipping
Orders will be shipped within 3 business days after payment is confirmed.
International orders are shipped via Japan Post EMS.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and local customs procedures.
Customs Duties & Taxes
Depending on your country, customs duties, import taxes, or other fees may be charged when your package arrives.
Any such fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
If There Is a Problem with Your Order
If we accidentally send you the wrong item, or if your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
Please note that we may not be able to accept claims made more than one week after the package has arrived.
About Original Artwork & Handmade Items
Our original artwork and handmade items are created one by one, with care and attention to detail.
Because they are handmade, each piece may have slight variations or small imperfections. The colors and appearance may also differ slightly depending on your screen and environment.
If you are looking for a perfectly uniform finish like a mass-produced product, we kindly ask that you refrain from purchasing.
Please note that returns or exchanges due to personal preferences or differences in expectations, such as the item looking different from what you imagined, are not accepted.
We hope you will enjoy the unique character and handmade quality of each piece.
Out-of-Stock Items
Some sold-out items may be available for restock or made-to-order production.
If there is an item you would like to purchase but it is currently out of stock, please feel free to contact us and let us know.
